Delete your Vetan Sathi account
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Vetan Sathi and log in.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Tick the confirmation, tap Delete my account and type DELETE.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are logged out.
Or ask us by email
Email support@vetansathi.in from the email address on your account, or WhatsApp +91 98232 85126, with your name, registered mobile number and company name. We check that the request is from you and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your login — you can no longer sign in, on any phone.
- The personal details you added: blood group, emergency contact and address.
- Your phone's notification token and Shift Map key; notifications to your phone stop.
- Your mobile number is released, so a company can add you again in future.
What your employer keeps
Your employer is required by law to keep employment records. They keep your attendance (punch times, place and photos — photos are deleted automatically after 12 months), leave, expense claims, payroll and payslips, and the PAN / UAN / ESIC and bank details used for statutory records. Shift Map locations are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Company owners
The company owner can delete the whole company in Settings → Delete Account → Delete company. Everyone in the company is logged out at once, and all the company's data — employees, attendance, photos, leave, claims, payroll and settings — is permanently deleted after 30 days. To cancel within those 30 days, email support@vetansathi.in.
