Common questions
I forgot my password.
On the login screen tap Forgot password?, enter your mobile number and the code sent to your email, then choose a new password. If no email is set for you, ask your company admin to reset it.
Punch In says location is off or I'm outside the site.
Turn on Location (GPS) on your phone and allow location for Vetan Sathi. Your company decides your work site and how far from it you may punch; ask your admin or supervisor if you are working at another place.
I can't see my payslips.
Payslips appear only if your company has switched them on for you, and only for months your company has locked in payroll.
What is Shift Map?
If your company turns it on for you, the app records your route between Punch In and Punch Out so you and your company can see the distance travelled (for example, for travel claims). It stops at Punch Out.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. See Delete your account for details.
Where is the web app?
Company admins can also use Vetan Sathi in a browser at app.vetansathi.in.
